NBSC Equips Employees Through Knowledge Management Training
February 26, 2025 – Northern Bukidnon State College conducted the Knowledge Management Training at the SWDC Research Laboratory, equipping employees with tools and strategies to effectively capture, share, and apply organizational knowledge. Facilitated by Dr. Jovelyn G. Delosa, Vice President for Academic Affairs, with the assistance of Ms. Judy Grace E. Cuerquis, the workshop provided insights into innovation assessment and knowledge-sharing practices. “𝙄 𝙟𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙩𝙤 𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙛𝙮 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙦𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙨 𝙖𝙣 𝙞𝙣𝙣𝙤𝙫𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙡𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙥𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙞𝙣𝙣𝙤𝙫𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙩𝙚,” shared Ma’am Lizbeth Jill Palomar, an Institute of Teacher Education instructor.
The training brought together NBSC employees to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the institution.
This initiative’s success was made possible by the guidance and support of the College President, Dr. Christie Jean Villanueva-Ganiera, and the Vice President for Administration and Finance, Dr. Helen E. Maasin.
